I will provide frequent “Open Houses” at your request.  An “Open House” is an effective way of generating general public leads.  I advertise each open house with direct mailers to homes in your neighborhood since many times your neighbors have friends or family who are looking for a home in their neighborhood.

I will provide you with feedback from the Realtors that show your property.  As your Realtor I receive an update every time a REALTOR® shows your home.  I then send out an email requesting their thoughts about the home.  I am amazed that only a small percentage of real estate agents take this necessary step.  My job as a real estate professional is to keep you continually informed about what I am doing to get your home sold.
