Enid Real Estate Market – 2014  YTD

According to statistics provided by the Enid Metro Association of Realtors, January thru August 2014 saw a contraction of closed transactions down nearly 8.32% year over year, mainly due to a lack of inventory. Average home prices still remained strong with a small decrease to $138,764, an increase of  0.3%.

The Enid Real Estate Home Market remains strong with good solid demand. Interest rates remain at low levels. With this in mind, now may be the perfect time to begin your search for your dream home.
